Return policy

Do you wish to return a product?

Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchased products? 

No worries, you have a 14-day reflection period with Tricotando.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the items within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

During this period, the customer must handle the received goods appropriately and keep the packaging as intact as possible. If it is decided to return the delivery in whole or in part, it can be sent back to Tricotando.

The costs associated with returning an order are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be charged to Tricotando in any way, unless otherwise agreed.

Items that are returned must be undamaged and in their original condition.

Tricotando reserves the right not to refund returned items or to only partially refund them if the above conditions are not met.

Custom made 

Custom made items are entirely according to the customer's wishes and therefore cannot be returned.

How do I package my return?

The items you return must be received by us in their original condition. No signs of use should be visible. To ensure this, the packaging must be waterproof. 

Can I return sale items?

Sale items cannot be returned. 

Can I receive a refund for items purchased with a discount code?

These items can only be exchanged for another item.

Also pay attention to the following:

  • The item must not be worn

  • Labels must be present

  • The return shipment is 100% your responsibility as well as the shipping

  • Items with stains will not be accepted for return

Cancellation conditionsworkshop 

  1. In case of cancellation up to and including 7 days before the start of the workshop, you will receive the full registration amount back.

  2. In case of cancellation from 5 days before the start of the workshop, no refund is possible. A flexible arrangement is to move it once to another date.

  3. Sessions that are part of a multi-day workshop cannot be canceled. Tricotando also does not provide for their refund.

  4. Tricotando can cancel a workshop if there are insufficient registrations, no later than 3 days in advance, or if a workshop leader cannot attend due to illness or force majeure. In that case, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
